General terms
The Celebrant shall not be liable for any breach of contract due to force majeure.
The Celebrant asserts intellectual property rights, including copyright, over the written materials produced as part of the services. The written materials shall not be reproduced, copied, shared or used elsewhere without the written permission of the Celebrant. All rights are entirely reserved by the Celebrant.
Consent (image use and written feedback)
a. You consent to the use of any images of you on social media.
b. Unless expressly confirmed otherwise in writing, you consent to the use of images of your ceremony on my social media, website, wedding-related press, or for marketing purposes. If you have provided me with the name of the photographer, I will always endeavour to credit where their images are used.
c. Unless expressly confirmed otherwise in writing, you consent to the reproduction of any words of feedback provided for use on my social media, or for marketing purposes. If requested, I will remove your names from any quotes utilised.
GDPR
I am committed to ensuring the security and protection of the personal information that I process. You can find out more about GDPR at www.ico.org.uk.
What information do I collect?
I will treat your data with respect and it will not be actively shared with third parties unless consent is given by you, the couple.
As well as your names, addresses and contact numbers, I may collect the following personal information that you provide me with:
• Your age
• Your sexuality
• Your race/culture
• Identifiable photographs
• Details of your ceremony and chosen venue.
Please remember that whilst I may not directly ask you for some of these details you may indirectly disclose them to me, for example:
• If you request a same sex ceremony, this will indicate your sexuality.
• If you request a certain theme, this may indicate your race/culture.
You can withdraw your consent to use your personal data, please just ask.
